| This year, due to
space considerations, we're requesting exhibitors bring table-top
displays only. Should this be a problem, please contact
Christina Ridge to resolve any issues. |
| Exhibitors will have
access to the hall Sunday, October 5th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
to complete their booth set-up and again on Monday, October 6th
beginning at 6:30 a.m. Booth location will be assigned by the
Exhibitor Coordinator. Selections will be based on a first
paid registration basis. |
| If you will be
shipping your booth directly to the hotel, please notify us as soon
as possible. |
